I watched all three sections of David Hawkins documentary on 9/11 and Patterns of Crime. Some of what I saw in the documentary was familiar to me and much was completely unfamiliar. Many of the assertions seemed to me to be unsubstantiated. The alleged involvement in 9/11 of, say, Bombardier, Canada Steamship Lines and KPMG were stated but I didn't see any evidence to prove the involvement of these corporate entities.

I contacted friends and colleagues with expert knowledge on the lies and crimes of 9/11. Nobody I contacted gave a vote of confidence to the documentary or its maker.

I liked the sections that gave deep history. For instance I agree that the Opium Wars of the nineteenth century established patterns of imperial manipulation that continue to this day, in, for instance, the funding of the national security state with the profits from the illegal drug trade.

Because we don't have any credible investigation into the 9/11 crime, speculation about what really happened will continue to proliferate. I look for reliable analysis to, among others, David Ray Griffin, Barrie Zwicker, Kevin Barrett, Kevin Ryan, Graeme MacQueen, Michel Chossudovsky, Peter Dale Scott and Janice Mathews at 9/11Truth.org. My friend and colleague, Splitting The Sky, will include in his remarks to my class some analysis of his extensive reading of 9/11.
